George III mahogany pole screen, ca. 1770, having a tall tapering stem with gilded spirally turned finial, the needlework enclosure stitched with roses and other flowers and leafage in shades of red and green on a light ground, the whole above an arched tapering tripod ending in pad feet, 5'3" h.
Period finial with some repairs/chips. Three larges losses to top left and bottom right of panel. Repaired break to standard.
