George II carved walnut side chair, second quarter 18th c., the balloon shaped back carved at the crest with a shell and continuing to a solid splat with leaf terminals resting on shell carved cabriole legs terminating in ball and claw feet.
Repaired break to splat in center. Two glue blocks replaced. Original slip seat. Knee returns replaced.
