Full stock, flintlock smoothbore rifle, with .65 cal., 44.5" octagonal to round barrel, the lock marked Ketland & Co.
There is a 20" replacement to the stock at the forfend. All furniture is brass with an ornate tomb escutcheon and nicely engraved buttplate. The ramrod is a modern replacement & there is no patchbox. The barrel flat is marked " lONDON". Provenance: The Collection of George Dittmar, Low Meadow Farm, Cream Ridge, New Jersey.
