Full plate Civil War cavalry officer tintype, identified on verso William Lomas-1860 picture taken before he went into action - lost right eye-died 1909 (approx.) born 1839 (approx.), seated figure with epaulettes, with kepi having crossed sabers and H, having gold gilt highlights, 8 1/2" x 6 1/2".
Minor surface imperfections, overall good condition.
