Five pieces of Historical blue Staffordshire, 19th c., to include a Lafayette at Franklin's tomb cup, Landing of General Lafayette saucer, City Hall New York plate, 10'' dia., Fairmount near Philadelphia plate, 10'' dia., and a American Villa shallow bowl, 10'' dia. Provenance: An Alexandria, Virginia estate.

Condition

Cup - very small base rim flakes, very good color. Saucer - excellent. City Hall - small knife marks, very tiny glaze flake to base rim. Fair Mount - small glaze wear spots to inner rim at high spots. Villa - several small hairlines, small glaze rub to rim, small area with no transfer decoration on rim done in making.
