Five Pennsylvania vellum land indentures, to include two signed by Thomas and John Penn, one for land to Peter Shilbert, in Oley, Berks County, dated 1733; three signed by Casper Wistar - one dated 1733 to Henry Thomas, one for a one year lease of land to Peter Shilbert in Oley dated 1733, and another for land to Peter Shilbert in Oley, dated 1733; together with a hand drawn Draught of the original survey and divisions of the Green lane from track situate part in Marlborough and part in Frederick Townships Montgomery County of all the different tracts and parcels and lots of land and content, dated 1832, on vellum.
As expected. One of the Penn deeds is as found.
