Five carved butterprints, 19th c., to include oval heart, paisley, eagle, moon and stars, etc. The oval heart pictured in Machmer Just for Nice, page 56, figure 233. Provenance: Oval heart - Backenstoe family of Barto, Pennsylvania in late 1960's; Paisley - Joseph Seem estate, Zionsville, Pennsylvania 2005; moon and stars on-site auction in Powder Valley for the Carrie Stahl Schultz estate (Carrie was a decorator for Stahl Pottery).
