Fine Sharps New model 1859 falling block military rifle, .52 caliber, with walnut stock stamped OBG where forend meets receiver, as well as a cartouche on left butt stock, MNM on comb of stock, sling swivels, barrel with three line address, inscribed New Model 1863 and MNM, lock with two - 2 line Lawrence and Sharps stamps, Lawrence folding rear ladder sight, 30" barrel. SN #C35427
Fine overall condition, 90% original blue on barrel, minor handling marks on stock, bright bore with strong rifling.
