Fine Native American Sioux beaded and quilled hide pipe bag, early 20th c., one side decorated with 2 figures, one holding a standard with American flag, dressed in a top hat with feather, and the other with a staff and long headdress, the reverse with geometric and teepee design, the seats decorated with purple, yellow, and red dyed quill wrap, over long hide fringe, 40" total length. Small areas of bead loss. Three small losses to wrap on fringe.
