Federal painted pine mantle, ca. 1800, with a stepped, pierced, and swag carved molding, with fluted columns, retaining a blue surface, 62" h., 69 1/2" w.
Loss to left top edge, 1 1/2". Minor hole to top corner. Paint loss throughout. Hinge marks for a door. 4" crack to back corner. Dry scraped.
