Fine Baltimore, Maryland Federal mahogany ladies' cylinder front secretary desk, ca. 1810, possibly John Needles or William Camp, in two parts, the upper section with broken arch pediment with carved floral rosette terminals centering an ivory tipped urn finial, over mirror paneled doors, the roll-front encasing an interior of satinwood veneer drawers with oval mahogany panels, cubby holes and a diminutive center book door, the ends with oversized candle slides, all resting on tapered legs terminating in spade feet, 78" h., 40" w., 32" d.
