Extensive red Staffordshire assembled dinner service in the Palestine pattern, 19th c., to include 3 pitchers, 2 coffee pots, 2 covered sugars, creamer, 8 cup plates, 6 toddy plates, 10 soup bowls, oval serving dish, 12 cups and saucers, 6 plates, 6" dia., 12 plates, 7 1/2" dia., 6 platters, 6 plates, 10 1/4" dia., 19 plates, 8 1/2" dia., 14 plates, 9 1/4" dia., 3 bowls, 9 1/4" dia., together with 8 plates and 2 platters with teal central scenes, some pieces impressed "Adams". Provenance: The Estate of Anne Brossman Sweigart, Ephrata, PA.
Condition
One coffee pot - chipped spout. One creamer - damages to spout strainer. Teapot - chipped lid. 8 1/2" plate - repair. One sugar - chips to rims. One saucer - small repair. Other misc. small chips (not many). Some minor knife marks. Overall very good condition.
