European doglock musket, early 18th c., .80 cal., 57 1/2" barrel.
.80 cal smooth bore doglock with 57 1/2" barrel. No provision for trigger guard. Full length hardwood with provision for butt plate. 1" x 2" deeply carved "WEP" initials in right buttstock. Period repair to 4 1/2" crack to left wrist. Purchasers of firearms must comply with all state and federal regulations governing their purchase, registration and transportation.
