Engraver Artist (Pennsylvania, active 1791-1804), watercolor and ink on wove paper and printed birth certificate, printed by Jungmann & Gruber for Christian & Sabina Mensch, Springfield Township, Bucks County with a central heart surrounded by typical hand done floral vines, 12 1/2" x 15 1/2".
All over staining. 2" repaired tear to bottom right. Not examined out of frame.
