English painted sheet iron firescreen and tool holder, late 19th c., in the form of a dog, 23" h.
Back has lower dished iron pan and an upper iron bracket for holding tools. The body of the dog is one dimensional. Paint in good condition. Some loss (1 1/2" x 1 1/2") to left forehead of dog. Some loss below left foot. Dirty.
