Eliza Buckius silk needlework sampler, dated 1798, with trailing strawberry border, 14 1/2" x 17", together with an unfinished sampler dated 1828, 20" x 16". 1798 - Minor toning, sporadic small holes, reads "Eliza Buckius her sampler worked in the 10th year of her age in the year of our Lord April 28 1798". Other - toning, small holes in center, stains.
