Eight spatterware cups and saucers, 19th c., to include three peafowl, a red and green rainbow rose, a star, a thistle, a cluster of buds, and a red and blue rainbow, together with five mulberry and red thistle saucers. Provenance: An Alexandria, Virginia estate.
One peafowl cup - 3" hairline. One peafowl saucer - very small rim flake repair. Red and blue cup - 1/4" glaze rub to rim and saucer with small rim chip. Rose cup - small base rim chip and saucer with two 1" hairlines. Thistle saucers - one with small rim chip, one with 2 rim chips and one with 2" hairline.
