Delaware Valley Queen Anne walnut high chest, ca. 1750, with a bonnet top with 3 upper drawers, the center one with shell carving, over 2 over 3 lower drawers, resting on a base with 4 drawers supported by cabriole legs terminating in drake feet, 87" h., 41" w. Provenance: June Stout; William Koch Collection, February 1992; Kelly Kinzle.
Top and base probably married. Cracks in facia of bonnet. Finials may be period. Bottom center drawer replaced. Brasses are original. Mid molding canted corners replaced. Various patches to sides of drawers in base.
