Delaware Queen Anne tall case clock, ca. 1750, the broken arch bonnet enclosing an eight-day movement, a rocking ship mechanism, and a brass face, inscribed Geo Crow Wilmington, 95 1/2" h.

Condition

Parts: pendulum, two weights, winder, clock hand. Finials replaced. Lacking rosettes. Keystone patch to arched molding above bonnet door. Top roof replaced. Small patch to rear of one return cornice molding. Small loss to top left spandrel. Rocking ship and moonphase repainted. Lacking door lock. Patches to door. Spacer added to lower case. Date hand and second hand replaced. Saddle board appears to be a 19th c. replacement. Base molding probably a 19th c. replacement.
