Brass hat- very minor dings; leather shoe- sporadic surface abrasions mainly to hinge; wooden hat- overall very good condition; knife box form- lid does not catch; largest- cracks to tortoise shell panels, loss to tassel of ormolu mount, the perfume bottles inside largest- fitted interior loose, one bottle with chip to enameled lid other bottle lacking stopped; longest- 3" loss to tortoise shell veneer at interior rim; 2nd longest - paper mache not tortoise shell, very minor abrasions; 3rd longest- lacquer with tortoise shell inlaid panel, overall good condition; dome top with feet- small loss to end of lid; smallest- lacking feet, very minor chips.
