Civil War Confederate Nashville Plow Works C. Sharp & Hamilton cavalry saber, blade - 33 1/4" l.
1" x 2" loss to leather on grip at pommel end. Missing 1/2 of wire wrap to handle. 2" x 1/8" loss to underlying wood at grip. As expected pitting to blade. A few small nicks to blade edge. Provenance: Brooklyn, NY collection.
