Chester County, Pennsylvania Chippendale walnut tall case clock, ca. 1795, the works inscribed Benjamin Garret Goshen, the broken arch bonnet enclosing an eight-day works with moon phase over a case with fluted quarter columns and paneled base, retaining an old historic surface, 93" h. Provenance: Pennsylvania educational institution.
Original case. Finial replaced. Door cracked. Lacking one side foot facing. Feet worn down. Veneer loss to bottom panel.
