Scarce cased pair of Baker & Negus, London flintlock dueling pistols, ca. 1802-1804, approximately .58 caliber, the lock and barrel flat inscribed Baker & Negus, the barrel flat also inscribed London, sliding safety, the barrel tang and trigger guard engraved with panoply of arms, the trigger guard with pineapple finial, gold banded barrel and lined vents, ebony tipped ramrod, walnut stocks with checkered grips, with the original fitted case with paper label on interior of lid, contains a ball mold, rod, flask, etc. 9" octagonal Damascus barrels.

Overall fine condition, one with replaced cock, other with H carved into left flat, 1'' crack to stock behind lock.
