Cased Jos. Wm. Parkhouse percussion revolver, .38 caliber, five-shot, with a fitted mahogany case bearing its original label with a brass bullet mold, cap box, and powder flask, and a 4 1/4" octagonal barrel. The pistol retains approximately 50% of original blue. There is some light pitting on the trigger guard, backstrap and a 1" portion of the right barrel flat. The trome and trigger guard are nicely scroll engraved and heavily checkered walnut grips are unmarred. Each cylinder chamber is numbered with British proof in between. The original green felt lined case has a "Jo. Wm Parkhouse" label and contains a powder flash, bullet mold and cap box.
