Carl Weber (American, 1850-1921), watercolor landscape, 14 1/2" x 21 1/2".
The watercolor by Carl Weber has been waterdamaged to the sky in two spots, one about 2" in diameter and the other about the size of a 2" horseshoe. The frame has been poorly repaired by visible nails and is cracked to the lower left resulting in flaking. The water damage extends to the top of mat.
