Cigar Store, East Washington St., in New Castle, Pa., inscription dates it as "somewhere around 1892", a poster in the left window reads "New Castle Races ... 1894", the large newspaper poster to the right identifies the day as June 1st, on a Union View Co., Pittsburg card, 4 1/4" x 8 1/2".
