British flintlock musket, approximately .75 caliber, with Watson inscribed on the lock and London barrel proofs, inscribed London on the barrel flat, with British proofs, brass furniture, a relief carved shell at the wrist, an engraved brass buttplate, a trigger guard with an acorn finial, and a thumb escutcheon, 46'' octagonal to round barrel. There is a 11" x 1/4" and a 9" sliver missing from the stock on the left side below the barrel and a through and through repair to the wrist. All iron parts have a pleasing brown patina.
