British Enfield bolt action No. 5 MK 1 jungle carbine with bayonet, .303 British caliber, with hardwood stock, stamped M47a behind trigger guard, sling swivels, the band stamped M47 1945, rear ladder sight, 20" barrel. SN #BF043 C&R
Good overall condition, barrel and receiver painted black, very good walnut stocks, leather sling, bright bore with strong rifling. There is only one serial number (BF0432) on the band separating the stocks. It is dated 1945. The stock is marked "M47A" and the magazine is marked "M/56".
