British elephant and castle flintlock trade musket, approximately .78 caliber, sometimes referred to as slave guns, with walnut stock stamped GB on wrist, brass trigger guard, buttstock and thumb escutcheon, 39" barrel.
Overall poor condition, barrel and lock heavily pitted and turning brown, barrel pins replaced with nails, top jaw and jaw screw are very loose, lacking nose cap, handling marks to stock.
