Boston Queen Anne burl walnut veneer dressing table, ca. 1760, with a shell carved drawer and cabriole legs, terminating in pad feet, 29 1/2'' h., 33 3/4'' w. Provenance: The Estate of Louis G. and Shirley F. Hecht, Baltimore, MD; Israel Sack.
22" d. Drops replaced. Lacking small spur to side knee return. Typical veneer patches mostly to age cracks in top, spline added across center of top. Brasses appear to be original. Shell carved drawer with brass removed and patches/plugs to holes.
