Blousy Angel Artist (Southeastern Pennsylvania, active 1780-1811), ink and watercolor fraktur birth certificate, 12 1/2" x 14 3/4".
Heavy creases all over. Toning. Several areas of tough ups including the left edge about 3" up in stem, the lower right corner, the bottom edge in front of right bird and the left edge just below the flower. Not examined out of frame.
