Berks County, Pennsylvania ink and watercolor fraktur dated 1823, the central script surrounded by vibrantly colored birds and tulips, 11 3/4" x 14 1/4".
A few small tears to edges. Vibrant color. A few foxing marks. Overall very good condition. Not examined out of frame.
