Berks County, Pennsylvania hanging cupboard, ca. 1780, with a yellow and green molded cornice above a raised panel door with tulip corners and a central stylized tulip tree on an ivory ground with wrought iron strap hinges, flanked by dark blue and red half columns, the sides decorated with a star with four tulip birds, all above a base with a single drawer and vibrant stylized flowers on an ivory ground bordered by salmon molded half columns, 27 1/4" h., 21 1/2" w. Provenance: Collection of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Flanders Smith, Pook & Pook, Inc., 2010.
