Augustus Kollner(American, 1813-1900), watercolor titled "Pottsville Penna from the Northeast", signed lower middle "drawn by A. Kollner in 1853 finished in 1877", 11 3/4" x 25 1/2".
Small surface abrasions along top edge. 1/2" tear at top edge. A few tears and stains to matte. Not examined out of frame.
