Attributed to Conrad Trevits (Southeastern Pennsylvania, late 18th/early 19th c., watercolor and ink on wove paper birth certificate for Daniel Piper, 1773, with blocks of tulips and script, flanked by female figures, their dresses decorated with flower trees, 8 1/4" x 10 1/2".
Contemporary frame. Sporadic stains. Repair to center fold and small holes. Fold lines. Not laid down.
