American Queen Anne tiger maple high chest, ca. 1765, possibly New Jersey, with fluted chamfered corners, cabriole legs and pad feet, retaining an excellent old dry surface, 73'' h., 43'' w.
Condition
Repairs to drawer secondaries including new runners and splines added to rear edge of bottom. Lacking drops. Several knee returns replaced. Side cornice replaced. Indistinct inscription on interior board behind top middle drawer.
