Adam Wertz(Southeastern Pennsylvania, active early/mid 19th c.), ink and watercolor fraktur dated 1832 with tulips and pinwheels above a heart with script and four birds perched on a tulip vine, signed lower center "Adam Wertz", 7 1/2" x 6 1/4".
Creases. Losses to edge. Small tears at edge. 1/2" x 1/8" hole. Loss to lower right corner.
