Adam Wertz (Southeastern Pennsylvania, early/mid 19th c.), ink and watercolor fraktur dated 1827 with vibrant flowers, birds, and hearts with script, 12" x 14 1/2".
Contemporary frame. Sporadic small holes, mainly under black script. Surface creases. Small edge tears. Not examined out of frame.
