18K yellow gold Carimati beaded blue sapphire and diamond necklace, featuring carved blue sapphire and pave set diamond stations, the full cut diamonds with VS1-SI1 clarity, H-J color, with blue sapphire beaded strands in slightly tapered bead sizes ranging from approximately 5mm - 3.5mm, the clasp inscribed Carimati 18K and with a cushion shaped cabochon blue sapphire, approximately 9mm x 8mm, 15 3/8" l., 83.0 dwt. Provenance: Sotheby's Magnificent Jewels, sale 5303, lot 301,1985.
