First time purchasers paying with personal/business check cannot collect items until payment has cleared or ten days post-deposit. Items purchased for a third-party must be paid for by the purchaser of record, regardless of whether the purchaser of record has received funds from the third-party. The purchaser of record cannot be changed on an invoice post-auction.
